How would an extra 25% MPG increase affect you?

My family and I recently took a weekend getaway trip from our home in Will County IL, up to Shawano County, WI (north & west of Green Bay) to visit with some friends and to see the spectacular fall colors that are now nearing their peak. The trip was 408 miles door to door one way, and would you believe it, we arrived with 1/3rd of a tank remaining. We made the same trip last year, in the same vehicle and had to refuel right away. This time we had fuel to spare!

That’s right, 1/3rd of a tank! The seven year old 2002 Chevy Venture mini van, now with 129.4K miles on it is what we drove in. The van’s average is now a spectacular 28.9 MPG! Is that incredible or what?

How did we do it? We’re using a patented, C.A.R.B./EPA certified fuel additive, not found in any store, and available online only.  I first heard about it from a Tweet from @greenpowergas. So being curious about saving money, I purchased two 32oz. bottles.

In just the 1st application two weeks ago, and after just 10 miles of driving, the van was more throttle responsive, idled better and has drastically reduced the amount of fumes emitted in the exhaust.  Even so, the mileage increase went from an average 317 tank to nearly 350, on the next refuel.

Following the instructions, we skipped a tank then added more to a full tank when we started our trip.   

While driving on a mix of secondary highways and interstates, we arrived at our destination with just over 1/3rd of a tank of fuel.

We drove around all weekend, took in the beauty of Mother Earth's spectacular colors and fall foliage, still on the same tank!  Before starting the return trip back home on Sunday, we refueled. Following the product's instructions, we skipped this tank.

Driving home into a gusty 15 mph headwind, we still averaged a respectable 27.7 mpg!  I just refueled yesterday (Tuesday) with 402 miles on the trip odometer.

The trip’s total mileage was 868 miles on just two tanks of fuel! That is a 25% increase in mileage.  Or in other words, money in your pocket!  I will not need to refuel until next Wednesday or Thursday, and I drive the van every day to work!

I have never been this excited about a product before and am getting the word out!

Baby, it's getting cold outside..too early!

What a year for strange weather this has been and now here in the Midwest, we're experiencing temperatures that are more typical for late October, not late September.  Brrr.

What am I getting at?  The costs of energy we all pay to the companies that produce it.  Do you like what you pay for your energy costs?

Doing Your Part for a Greener, Stronger America and Planet

Just an observation. How much do we pay attention to advertising? 

Everyday from the moment we rise out of bed, we're bombarded with free radio, internet radio, TV, billboard, bumper stickers, license plate frames, rolling billboards, print ads.  This list could go on and on and on. 

Do you pay attention to them?  I sure do.  Why?  Because, if you haven't noticed, the messages are changing.  Have you noticed?  Sure, they're asking you to spend your money on a product or service, of course that what the advertisers pay for.  That is a given.

But really, if you pay closer attention to those smaller ads, you can hear the heartbeat of America still beating.  It's the small business men & and women trying to keep this country strong and helping the local economies.

That is what I'm here to do, and if you're here reading this, I hope you are too.  As long as the small business people are given a chance, we will make this country strong again.
